From birth we each have learned how to interact with the world. We have learned how to protect and how to reward ourselves, and with repetition these have become patterns of behavior. Even though we are each unique, the patterns that emerge share similarities and can be grouped into 9 categories – the enneagram. This workshop will focus on the discovery and understanding of interpersonal dynamics through the exploration of the social exchanges that emerge as two “patterns” interact. Basically, how your pattern interacts with the other patterns in your team, and how each other pairings relate. This workshop will help you understand not only the motivations of other team members, but also the best way to approach them.
